The cylinder is flexible in various ways, including upper opening, lower opening and side opening, and the surrounding cooling channel makes the temperature control more accurate. The inner lining of the cylinder is made of bimetallic wear-resistant material, with high abrasion resistance and precision, which meets the requirements of high plastic quality.
Can be configured with a variety of feeding forms: single screw, double screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, lateral feeding, feeding, liquid filling system, etc., to adapt to different feeding requirements of powder, granule, block, liquid filling.
The power part can be set as AC frequency conversion control or DC speed regulation control to realize stepless speed regulation.
New three - axis parallel transmission box structure. Combined with oil immersion and forced cooling lubrication, it has the function of low liquid level alarm to realize the smooth running of unit's local speed, local torque and local wide weight.
